Handliches Lastenrad mit tiefem Schwerpunkt

Verlängerte Lastenfahrräder vom Typ "Long John"  sind wegen ihrer Lenkübersetzung für Ungeübte schwer zu fahren. Das neue Shopster-Bike fährt hingegen so problemlos wie jedes Damenfahrrad und hat auch eine ähnliche  Abmessung und ein vergleichbares Gewicht.

Im Bereich zwischen Tretkurbel und Vorderrad bietet es viel Platz für einen Gepäckkorb. Durch die tiefe Anordnung des Korbs wird das Fahrverhalten auch bei Zuladung mit schweren und sperrigen Güter wie z.B. Getränkekisten nicht negativ beeinflusst.

Extended load bikes of the "Long John" type are difficult to ride for inexperienced riders because of their special steering system. But the new Shopster bike rides as smoothly as any ladies' bike and has a similar dimension and weight.

In the area between the pedal crank and the front wheel there is plenty of room for a luggage basket. Thanks to the low arrangement of the basket, the handling is not negatively affected even when carrying heavy and bulky goods such as beverage crates.
